Packaging

All of our seeds are sent in original breeders packets. Your seeds will be carefully packaged and placed into a plain, strong bubble wrap enevelope for their protection.
All envelopes have only address details, a stamp and the bar code label for tracking. We do not write what the contents are or put our company name on the envelope.
From Where

All orders are sent out from our office in the UK via Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com).
To Where
- We send to all countries where it is legal to order seeds. In regards to other countries that do not make their laws on these matters quite so clear we advise you (the customer) as a matter of urgency to make inquiries about the regulations to which you are subject as we will not be held responsible for any legal problems if we send seeds to you. It is YOUR responsibility to follow your countries laws. We cannot be expected to know the laws of every country worldwide. Do not break the law.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary largely around the world according to your national postal service, ours and the relationship between them.
- Orders sent to Europe normally arrive between 3 and 14 working days.
- Orders sent Worldwidenormally arrive between 5 and25 working days. (Australia 8-30 days depending on location)
- UK orders normally arrive between 1 and 3 days.
Please do not contact us asking where your parcel is before the estimated delivery time has passed.
Delivery Options
For UK orders
- 1st Class Recorded delivery, which is traceable. The time of delivery is not guaranteed but normally takes 1-3 days from despatch. You will need to sign for your order on delivery. If your order is lost in the post we will send it again.
We can arrange alternative delivery options if you contact us directly but will only consider these on orders of large value (£100+).
European and Worldwide orders:
- Standard AirMail with no signature or tracking of your package. All orders sent in using 'Stealth' Shipping, which includes a T-Shit/gift etc. This requires no signature on delivery. We can accept no liability for items sent this way.
Returns Policy
You may return unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a product exchange, ONLY if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item from the one you ordered). We cannot enter discussions regarding non germination etc or offer a refund/exchange for such reasosn as it is illegal to germinate cannabis seeds in most countries
All other sales are final & no refund or exchange is offered.
We cannot accept ANY liability for items confiscated by any customs dept during shipping as it is your responsibilty to ensure you follow your local & national laws

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account on our website, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under theMy Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail when your returned item is received and processed & we have resent the correct item.
